Resilience refers to how we cope with adversity, but it's so much more than that too! Resilience is such a rich and mutli-layered concept. My doctoral research focused on how resilience is built and I have spent years developing my expertise in this field.
Feeling psychologically stronger can help us to take more positive risks in life and so we can move forward and fulfil our potential.
